Holy Fuck :: Holy Fuck EP

Aside from having the best band name since Test Icicles, Holy Fuck actually plays decent music––a brand of junkyard blips and beats that's much tighter than their unhinged, impromptu performances suggest. This limited EP features the psychedelic violin playing of Owen Pallet (Arcade Fire, Final Fantasy), three live XM Satellite Radio recordings, one strange spy groove that could back the next Gorillaz album ("They're Going to Take My Thumbs"), and several straight-up instrumental jams. The thing even apes Run-DMC on its album sleeve. Grab it before it's gone I tell you.
