I WANT TO GET FIRST ACCESS TO TICKETS FOR HOLY FUCK’S TOUR. HOW DO I DO THIS?

You need to have signed up to the Holy Fuck mailing list via the sign up form by 14:00 BST on Tuesday October 26th.

WHEN WILL I GET MY PRE-SALE ACCESS CODE?

If you registered via the form you will receive an email by 15:00 BST Tuesday October 26th containing your pre-sale code and links to the pre-sale. 

WHEN DOES THE PRE-SALE OPEN?

These emails invite you to purchase tickets in our exclusive pre-sale, run from 10:00 BST Wednesday October 27th. 

Pre-sale access does not guarantee you tickets; it guarantees your eligibility to access the ticket pre-sale before general release. 

HOW DOES THE CODE WORK?

Each code is only valid for a single purchase. Please keep the email containing your pre-sale link and passcode, ready for the pre-sale. Each code will allow the purchase of 4 tickets only.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY CODE?

Simply follow the link provided in your email, which will take you to a designated pre-sale page.

Please ensure you are entering your passcode into the appropriate box. 

I'VE REGISTERED VIA THE FORM BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CODE YET, WHY?

You should receive your code by 15:00 BST Tuesday October 26th, please check both your inbox and junk mail folders carefully to locate this email. 

If you have not received this code by 15:00 BST Tuesday October 26th, please contact us via contact@holyfuckmusic.com.

The code, along with all the show details will be sent to the email address that you used when signing up via the form.

I'VE ENTERED MY PRE-SALE CODE – BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Pre-sales don’t guarantee you tickets, but they do give you the chance to book tickets earlier, with fewer people trying to book at the same time. So if you are trying to find tickets and the results are "currently not available“, that means the presale allocation has sold out.
